What to expect

Thorough evaluation

At your first appointment, we’ll go over your health history, do an orthopedic full-body screening, and an internal pelvic exam if it’s indicated and you’re ready at that time.

Individualized treatment plan

No two treatment plans are alike. I’ll take into account your history, comfort level, preferences, and resources when deciding on the best course of treatment. And we’ll adapt as your body changes.

Collaborative education

You’ll walk away from every session in deeper relationship with your body, understanding the why behind your symptoms and treatment strategies. Questions are encouraged and knowledge is shared freely.
