I ask for notice by 12:00 PM on the business day before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy allows me to offer available appointments to other patients seeking care. If you're unable to provide this notice, you can avoid our cancellation fee by either rescheduling within 48 hours or switching to a telehealth visit.

I don’t take insurance.Using a cash-pay model allows me to provide the kind of care you truly deserve, without restrictions from insurance companies. Instead of being rushed through a crowded clinic or handed off to aides, you get my full attention for a full hour, every session. This means:
One-on-one care every time
Holistic treatment that addresses your whole body, not just one injury
Direct access to me for questions and quick follow-ups
Faster progress with fewer visits on average than typical insurance-based clinics
Cost transparency, no surprise bills or hidden fees
Greater flexibility in scheduling and availability
Traditional, insurance-driven models often require therapists to juggle multiple patients at once, limiting the quality of care. By working outside of insurance networks, I can prioritize you, your goals, your healing, and your quality of life.
While I don’t bill insurance directly, I do provide superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients find that, when all costs are considered, cash pay is not only simpler but often less expensive than going the traditional insurance route.
